It is a little childish, but that's the second-or-third-or-fourth language thing cropping up. Malfoy is perfectly in character though. You have him doing typical Draco things in a typical Draco fashion. Pansy was done well, as much as there was of her. I still hate the ending, I just hate to think of that side of the silver and green. It's there below the surface all the time like a vat of poison ready to "bewitch the mind and ensnare the senses"
